The staff at Doubletree By Hilton was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. the hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of attractions and near public transportation. the property has secure access and a welcoming lobby ambiance.

The staff and location were just pleasant. Thanks to the courteous and great staff everything was wonderful. Units with a bathtub. Coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were provided if needed. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and exceptional - at a short distance from French Quarter. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

the location near jefferson square, french quarter, and the casino was phenomenal! so convenient for exploring. the friendly staff made me feel right at home. 🌟

The rooms were perfect and fabulous with a king size bed. The staff was personable. The location was great and unbeatable for our visit to an urban public plaza nearby. There was a wide array of healthy food. The service was nice and parking was close to the venue.

our stay at doubletree by hilton was fantastic. we appreciated the friendly staff, clean and well-equipped rooms, and the convenient location near the touristy areas. the pool was a nice extra, and the ability to text the staff for immediate assistance was a great feature.

The location was marvellous and incredible and the private parking was close to the hotel. The restaurant was magnificent for this price, we ordered healthy dishes. The employees of the venue were consistently courteous and very pleasant.

Great location in the Downtown New Orleans district, close enough to all the Mardi Gras celebrations, parades, the French Quarter, trolley car. Immaculate unit with two queen beds. Central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV were nice amenities.

Get ready to feast like a Mardi Gras monarch at the nearby eateries—The Ruby Slipper Cafe's brunch is divine, while Mother's Restaurant serves up the best po'boys in town. Le Salon at the hotel offers fancy cocktails and soulful jazz vibes. The accommodating staff and comfy beds add a sprinkle of Creole charm.

As sticky as a beignet in the NOLA heat, the a/c in our room struggled to cool us down. Despite this, the vibrant local eats and cozy rooms made our stay a gumbo of flavors and experiences!

Enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant downstairs.

The drain in the shower did not work, The toilet seat was broken. Both of these were fixed the second day of my visit. Although the entry way light was turned off, the light continuously flicker. Room 815.

The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring a large aquarium. The hotel is in a great area, just a short walk from the river walk, casino, Bourbon Street, and the French Quarter. I was pleasantly surprised to have my room upgraded to a deluxe Queen with double beds and a view. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, especially considering the higher prices.

The staff was accommodating, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. I've had new-fashioned and tidy room with chocolate and a perfect view, for instance.

The location here is fantastic, close to everything we wanted to do, we truly enjoyed it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the doormen, one of whom ran a block down the street just to find us a taxi. The chocolate chip cookies. The room was nice, the beds very comfortable. Very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.
